Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AceSAM, the software asset management product operated by Infinity Creative Lab (“Infinity Creative Lab”, “AceSAM”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using AceSAM, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Trial Policy.
1. The service
AceSAM is a workspace for tracking software vendors, products, licenses, subscriptions, renewals, customers, and related notifications (including email and WhatsApp reminders). You may use AceSAM as a partner (managing software for clients) or as a company (managing software for your own organisation).
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial when they sign up. No payment card is required. The trial starts on the day the account is created and expires after 14 days. When it ends, your data remains and the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. We do not charge you automatically. The full rules are in our Trial Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when you sign up, including your company details, your name, and your phone number. You are responsible for the activity on your workspace and for keeping login credentials confidential. You must be authorised to bind the organisation named at signup.
A free trial workspace is limited to one user. On a paid plan, workspace owners may invite other users and assign create, read, update, and delete permissions. You remain responsible for those users.
3. Consent to store account data
To create an account you must give an affirmative “yes” at signup that AceSAM may store your company details, name, and phone number, together with the other account information described in our Privacy Policy. We collect that consent so our processing of your personal data is informed, specific, and recorded. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
4. Your content
You retain rights in the data you enter into AceSAM, including company records, customer and contact details, license numbers, subscription dates, and message templates. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to your workspace.
You must have the legal right to enter any customer, contact, or employee information you store (including names, phone numbers, and email addresses). You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to access another organisation’s workspace; probe, scan, or disrupt the service; reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law; use AceSAM to send spam or unsolicited messages; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Notifications
If you enable email or WhatsApp notifications, AceSAM may send messages using the contact details stored in your workspace (including phone numbers) for renewal reminders and other operational notices you configure. You are responsible for the content of those messages and for having permission to contact those people.
7. Intellectual property
AceSAM, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, remains the property of Infinity Creative Lab. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from AceSAM except as we agree in writing.
8. Software vendors and logos
AceSAM may display names, product names, and logos of third-party software vendors — including Adobe, Microsoft, and other publishers — so you can recognise the products in your catalog, licenses, dashboards, and reports. Those names and logos are the trademarks or copyright of their respective owners. AceSAM is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe, Microsoft, or any other vendor whose marks appear in the product.
We use vendor logos only to identify the corresponding software, not to suggest any partnership or official relationship. We do not claim any ownership of those marks. A vendor may ask us to change or remove a logo, and we may do so.
If you add or upload a vendor logo (for example by entering a logo URL), you confirm that you have the right to use that image for identification in your workspace, and you grant AceSAM a limited licence to display it for that purpose. You must not use AceSAM to copy, scrape, or redistribute vendor logos for any other purpose.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AceSAM available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the revised Terms apply from the date we post them. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Disclaimer and liability
AceSAM is provided “as is”. License expiry dates, compliance status, and alerts depend on the data you enter. We are not a law firm and AceSAM is not legal, tax, or licensing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for AceSAM in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if you are on a free trial.
11. Termination
You may stop using AceSAM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. After termination we may delete workspace data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
