Trial Policy

This Trial Policy explains the AceSAM free trial offered by Infinity Creative Lab. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you start a trial, you also agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What you get
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial of AceSAM when they create an account. No payment card is required to start. The trial includes one user. Additional users require a paid plan. During the trial you can use the workspace to add vendors, software, licenses, and — in a partner workspace — customers, and to receive expiry alerts you configure.
The trial starts on the day the organisation account is created and ends 14 days later. Remaining days are shown in the product.
2. When the trial ends
When the 14 days are over, the trial expires. Your workspace data remains in AceSAM. The workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in and view records, but you cannot add, edit, or delete anything until you subscribe. We do not charge you automatically, because we do not take a card at signup.
To keep using AceSAM after the trial, contact us at info@acesam.com to move to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, we may later remove an unused trial workspace in line with our Privacy Policy.
3. One trial
The trial is for evaluating AceSAM for your organisation. One trial is provided per organisation. Creating extra accounts to extend or repeat a trial is not allowed. We may refuse, shorten, or end a trial if we reasonably believe it is being abused.
4. Fair use
The trial is subject to the same acceptable-use rules as the rest of AceSAM. We may suspend a trial workspace that violates the Terms.
5. Cancelling
You can stop using AceSAM at any time during the trial. There is nothing to cancel with a payment provider. To delete your account and workspace data, email info@acesam.com.
6. Changes
We may change the length, features, or availability of the trial. The number of days offered to new signups is the period shown at signup (currently 14 days). A trial already started for your organisation keeps the end date that was set when the account was created, unless we tell you otherwise.
